All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. As we specialize in carefully selected pre-owned books, each item undergoes a quality inspection and is securely packaged before shipment to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and the shipping method selected. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected.

Singapore: 2–3 business days

International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs processing, which can occasionally result in additional delays beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent to you. Please note that certain economy shipping services may not include tracking capabilities.

5. Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at info@imogenn.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with you to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement (subject to availability) or other suitable assistance.
